  Support Service Program

 

 

Nenix has two custom support packages, each designed to help you best meet your mission-critical requirements.

The following service packages are available:

 

 

Standard Support

This package consists of email support, with a guaranteed response within 24 hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time). Included with this package is help troubleshooting out-of-the-box product functionality, as well as any and all relevant product patches.

Premium Support

This support package provides email, phone, and/or pager support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It includes all the benefits of the Standard Support package, and also includes limited support with individual product customizations.
